Recommendation

I would recommend this book to other AP Lang and Composition students because it is a honest, detailed depiction of what war is really like.   The author, George J. Trebonyak, does not ‘candy-coat’ his experiences of war.  Unlike other war stories, he doesn’t attempt to justify or glorify the war, there political opinions, just real life experiences from a man who was there.
